Food Bank Online Donations Awareness - Cost Of Living Crisis

Happy Tuesday Everyone

I wanted to use today's post to raise some awareness.

With the cost of living crisis I have been trying to look into ways that I can help. I will be honest in saying that I know you can add extra to your shopping trolly and drop it in your local supermarkets food bank basket but I am terrible at doing this and I will openly hold my hands up to this fact and so I wanted to find other ways to help and I have found out that you can make online cash donations to lots of different food banks.

Me being typical me, I have started talking about this to all of my friends and family thinking that I would get the reaction of  "of course you can Jordan" or "yes didn't you know that already" but instead I was met with everyone I spoke to not knowing that you could do this either and so that inspired me to want to share this with you all incase any of you wanted to help but like me are maybe slightly forgetful in the hustle and bustle of a stressful supermarket environment. This also allows your local food bank to buy in exactly what it is that they need.

I have linked a few food banks local to me and throughout the country incase you feel that you wish to help. You can also google search online food bank donation, then the name of your local area and see what you can find to help your locals in need.

Portsmouth Food Bank

Havant Food Bank

Chichester Food Bank

Ringwood Food Bank

I hope that this post is able to raise awareness even in the smallest way. I you would rather physically donate food or good's, I would recommend contacting your local food bank to see what it is they need and what will help them the most.
