 Welcome to The Luxury Mum!


I'm Jordan and I am the Founder and CEO of The Luxury Mum. I wanted to make my first post for you all a small introduction to me.  I hope this will help you get to know me and my interests a little better and hopefully I can give you some insight into the type of content you will be able to find here.



I am a full time working, co-parenting mum of one beautiful and very sassy four year old girl, Rae, who I love and adore more than I could ever put into words and we live with the love of my life and most wonderful step-dad Craig. 


On this blog, my little piece of the internet, you will find a space full of the things I love such as Style, Lifestyle, Parenting Hacks, Motivational Discussions, Reviews, Routines and insights into how we can create the most fulfilled life for ourselves as parents, whatever that may look like for you. I would also love to know what you would like to see so that I can make sure I am catering to my audience. I would also love to get to know you more, so please tell me about yourselves in the comments.



Like so many people, my life is very busy and if you are here reading my mummy blog then we probably have a lot in common. I am guilty of being the mum who never made time for herself and at times I still feel guilty when I do have me time for self care and I know I'm not alone in that feeling.

Here I will share all of the the things that help me create the luxury moments in my life that we can sometimes take for granted whether it be a product, experience or learning tool and I will be here to remind you all of why you deserve to do the same for yourselves. I would love this to be a safe and inclusive environment for anyone that decides to participate and ultimately a place of support and escape for each other.

New Year's Resolutions

  Happy New Year Everyone  Today I want to talk about New Years resolutions and specifically why it is ok change your New Years Resolutions at any time without needing to have any feelings of guilt. At the start of the year lot's of us set ourselves goals or targets of something that we want to achieve over the next year and a lot of the time in my experience we find ourselves either not managing to achieve these goals or targets or getting fatigued with it and "giving up" but are we really giving up? or are we setting ourselves up for  failure? As humans we have become wired to want instant gratification or to see a result quickly and if we don't see these results we very quickly tend to lose traction to move towards our goals or to give up all together.
