Hairburst Chewable Vitamins - Postpartum Hair Loss & Re-Growth

Today's post is dedicated to my favourite ever hair vitamins. I have been using the Hairburst chewable vitamins now for just under a year and I wanted to share with you how much I love them and give you some information about why and also what benefits and results I have seen since using them. Firstly to give you a little bit of information on my hair type, I have lots of very fine hair that get's oily at the root very quickly and when I was in my 20's my hair was relatively healthy but for the majority of that time I didn't proactively do anything to really look after it aside from shampoo and conditioner. Then at the age of 27 I feel pregnant with my daughter and when I was pregnant my hair was the longest and healthiest it had ever been. I was however, not prepared for the amount of hair that I would lose during my postpartum journey, to the point my hair would fall out in chunks and I found myself hoovering and finding hair that I had shed filled up the vacuum, gross I know but I want to be completely transparent.

With my postpartum hair loss, my scalp became very patchy and it was obvious to see that my hair was visibly becoming thin at the scalp and weak towards the ends showing lots of signs of breakage. This quick hair loss continued until my daughter was around three and none of all the normal multivitamins I was taking were making any difference.

So when I discovered Hairburst chewable vitamins, I won’t lie when I say I was very dubious of achieving any results. This had nothing to do with the brand and everything to do with how other brands had failed to bring my hair back to good health previously.

The first thing everyone will notice when taking these hair supplements is how nice they taste and they really do taste like sweets. Aside from the great taste, the first thing I noticed when taking these was how much less my hair was falling out and the difference really was noticeable even after one month.

After just under a year of using these now I wouldn’t be without them and if I even run out and have to order more I notice the difference in my hair even after a week of not using them.

With these vitamins my hair feels stronger, fuller, glossier and in the best condition it’s been in for years. Any patches of my hair that had fallen out in postpartum that hadn’t grown back for the three years after the birth of my daughter are now fully grown back after taking these and I couldn’t be happier with the results I have seen.

Hairburst also have a range specifically for new mums now which I wish I’d of had in my time as a new mum to prevent losing so much air in the first place.

Have your tried hairburst, if so what is your favourite product?
